Presentation
This card adds MADI (Multi-channel Audio Digital Interface) digital input/output capabilities, allowing bi-directional transmission of up to 64 channels of audio at 48 kHz or 32 channels at 96 kHz via optical fibre or coaxial cables.
Compatible with the SQ consoles, it makes it easy to integrate MADI equipment into existing audio setups.
Configuration and control is done from the SQ console interface or via dedicated software, ideal for connecting and synchronizing with broadcast or recording systems, control rooms and third-party consoles for high-channel-count streams over coaxial cables.
Two BNC inputs combine with two BNC outputs to allow split or redundant configurations, while a BNC Wordclock in/out connection allows the console to synchronize with other equipment.
