The Apogee 8X8S2 module has been designed for Symphony I/O MKII users looking for a flexible and scalable solution to manage their analogue and digital audio signals with professional precision.
With its 8 balanced analogue inputs and 8 outputs on SUB-D 25 connectors, it is perfectly suited to the needs of recording studios and broadcast environments where signal stability and clarity are a priority.
In addition to analogue connectivity, this module offers extensive digital compatibility with 8 AES/EBU inputs and 8 outputs via SUB-D 25, compatible up to 192 kHz, as well as optical ports for ADAT, SMUX and S/PDIF (up to 96 kHz). For added versatility, it also incorporates 2 coaxial S/PDIF inputs and 2 outputs on RCA supporting up to 192 kHz, enabling seamless integration into a wide variety of digital set-ups.
