The B&C Speakers 15BG100 8 Ohm is a 15-inch speaker designed for faithful reproduction of low frequencies with high power handling. Its 100 mm copper voice coil, capable of efficiently dissipating the heat generated by an AES power of 2000 W, ensures optimum thermal stability even during prolonged use.
The choice of neodymium for the magnet allows for an advantageous weight/power ratio, reducing the size without compromising efficiency. With a frequency response extending from 35 Hz to 1 kHz and a total quality factor (Qts) of 0.44, this speaker guarantees precise bass reproduction without loss of responsiveness.
The radial cone structure, reinforced by a waterproof treatment on both sides, optimizes rigidity and resistance to climatic variations, while the roller suspension and the silicone spider ensure controlled linear movement with a maximum excursion of 10.5 mm.
Designed for efficient integration into bass-reflex speakers or subwoofers, the B&C Speakers 15BG100 8 Ohm offers a sensitivity of 94.5 dB (1W/1m), which facilitates its coupling with powerful amplifiers while maintaining consistent performance.
