The 18PZW100 from B&C Speakers is an 18-inch loudspeaker designed to deliver high acoustic pressure while maintaining a controlled low-frequency response. With a sensitivity of 97.6dB, it responds vigorously from the very first impulse, without the need for colossal amplification. Its resonant frequency of 37 Hz testifies to its ability to go low, while ensuring clean legibility in the subs range.
This model is distinguished by its 100 mm copper moving coil wound on a fibreglass support. With a winding depth of 21 mm, it allows a high excursion without distortion, making the speaker ideal for SPL-oriented systems, but also for precise live music applications.
