B&C Speakers - 18DS100 4 Ohm

The B&C Speakers 18DS100 4 Ohm is an 18-inch speaker designed to deliver powerful, controlled bass, even in the most demanding environments. Thanks to its 100mm aluminium voice coil wound in four layers, it offers optimum heat dissipation and greater energy efficiency. The result is cleaner sound, less distortion and the ability to handle very high power loads without faltering.

This model has a continuous power output of 1500 W AES and up to 3000 W in programme, making it perfect for live applications with high sound pressure levels. Its 98dB sensitivity guarantees high efficiency, enabling impressive sound levels to be achieved without the need for multiple amplifiers. With a bandwidth ranging from 32 Hz to 1000 Hz, it covers the sub and bass frequencies perfectly.

A linear excursion of ±14 mm combined with triple-roller suspension and a double silicone spider provide a stable, durable mechanical response. This design optimises linearity even at extreme power levels, ensuring a deep, accurate bass that retains its clarity even at high volumes. Ideal for large-capacity subwoofers, it can be used for both mobile sound reinforcement and fixed installation.
