The B&C Speakers 18NBX100 4 Ohm is an 18-inch loudspeaker designed to meet the needs of large-scale professional sound reinforcement installations. Its 2400 W AES rated power allows for extremely dynamic and controlled audio reproduction, even at high levels.
With a frequency response of 35 Hz to 1 kHz, it is ideal for applications requiring deep bass. The speaker incorporates a 4-inch (100 mm) copper voice coil, a material known for its high conductivity, allowing for better heat transfer and good longevity.
The 4 Ohm impedance guarantees compatibility with a wide range of amplifiers while optimizing performance in multi-speaker configurations.
The B&C Speakers 18NBX100 4 Ohm is also equipped with a triple-roller suspension for excellent management of the displacement of the cone even during extreme movements. This suspension, combined with a radial cone with waterproof treatment, ensures resistance to humidity, which is a major asset for outdoor events.
Its design with a double silicone spider guarantees good stability of the membrane and limits distortions to preserve sound quality over a wide frequency range.
With an Xmax of 10 mm, the B&C Speakers 18NBX100 is capable of significant displacement to generate deep and powerful bass while minimizing mechanical distortion.
