Presentation
The Recone Kit B&C Speakers 18SW115 16 Ohm is specially designed to bring one of the brand's most powerful speakers back to life. It includes all the components needed to completely replace the moving part: TWP-treated radial cone sealed on both sides, triple-roll suspension, double silicone spider, copper coil on fibreglass support and mounting accessories.
Thanks to this kit, the loudspeaker regains its 1700W AES power (3400W peak) and 97dB sensitivity, guaranteeing high efficiency even in extreme conditions.
With a resonant frequency of 32 Hz and a bandwidth ranging from 35 to 1500 Hz, the rebuilt 18SW115 retains its depth in the sub-bass while remaining clean and controlled at the top end of the bass spectrum.
Its Xmax of 14 mm and maximum excursion of ±16 mm allow large diaphragm displacements without distortion, ideal for high-power cabinets and professional sound reinforcement applications.
