The B&C 18TBX100 4 Ohm is an 18-inch loudspeaker designed to deliver deep, punchy bass in professional bass-reflex cabinets and subwoofers. Its 100 mm copper voice coil, capable of handling 1200 W AES and up to 2400 W in programme, guarantees remarkable power handling, even at sustained levels. Ideal for both fixed installations and touring, it offers an interesting compromise between endurance and efficiency.

With a frequency response of 35 Hz to 1 kHz and a sensitivity of 94 dB, this model covers the entire bass and low-midrange spectrum. Combined with a resonant frequency of 30 Hz and a Qts of 0.31, it delivers solid, well-controlled bass, whether in clubs, concert halls or mobile systems. Its design ensures clear reproduction, even when the signal is pushed to high levels.

The ferrite magnet system generates a flux of 1.1 T, guaranteeing stable dynamics and precise control of the diaphragm. The double silicone spider and triple-roller suspension ensure excellent mechanical stability, limiting distortion and preserving linearity of movement. With an Xmax of 9 mm and an Xvar of 11 mm, the 18TBX100 performs well even on long excursions.
