The 6MDN44 16 Ohm is aimed at loudspeaker designers looking for a midrange driver capable of combining high efficiency, low distortion and compact size. Developed by B&C Speakers for demanding professional applications, it effectively covers the critical midrange range from 150 Hz to 6 kHz, with a smooth, controlled response.

Its neodymium motor provides a particularly light magnetic structure while maintaining high flux density, making it easy to integrate into systems where overall weight is a determining factor, such as line arrays, stage monitors or high-end portable systems. The presence of an aluminium demodulation ring helps to reduce distortion, particularly at high levels, and guarantees clear, legible reproduction even under sustained conditions of use.

The 44 mm aluminium voice coil, mounted on a fibreglass support, ensures excellent thermal stability and a fast response, adapted to complex transient signals.
