The MD/4TN 8 Ohm diaphragm is one of the replacement solutions offered by B&C Speakers to ensure reliable and consistent refurbishment of its compression drivers.
Compatible with the DE1000TN and DE1050TN models, it allows a motor to be restored while strictly respecting its original electrical and acoustic behaviour.
With a nominal impedance of 8 ohms, this version is ideal for configurations requiring a lower load, particularly in systems where power management or association with certain amplifiers requires this type of impedance.
The diaphragm is replaced without modifying the existing filtering, guaranteeing perfect continuity in system operation and output level stability.
Unlike the Push Buttons version, this model is fitted with conventional connectors, generally preferred in environments where the internal wiring is soldered or maintained using traditional methods.
This choice of connection offers great flexibility of integration, particularly when repairing older loudspeakers or systems whose internal architecture is based on fixed connections. It also allows technicians to maintain their assembly habits, without the constraints associated with a specific type of connector.
