This modeling guitar preamp with direct output for recording lets you enjoy the most wanted lamps sounds or create your own sound with its technology V-TONE Analog Modeling providing 3 guitar amp models, 3 gain modes and 3 mic placements for a total of 27 modeled configurations.
Behind its simple appearance of effect pedal, the GDI21 delivers many beautiful sounds selectable in an instant. It is equipped with Level controls and precise drive and a musical band equalizer 2 so that you can shape your tone at will.
Use the GDI21 either for direct recording output with the speaker simulation or as an active direct box in bypass mode. Combined with Ground Lift eliminating ground loops, the output is on unbalanced jack or gold-plated balanced XLR. The power supply is entrusted to a 9 V battery or AC adapter (not included). With the GDI21, you'll be juggling clean sounds, the fattest distortions and a range of crunch tones in a split second.
