With its multi-effects pedalboard, analogue preamp and integrated power amp, it's all there for you to find your sound, but in a compact, super-practical format. With several selectable types of power tube, it lets you adapt the dynamic response of the preamp, giving you the playing comfort and sound typical of the most legendary tube amps!

A veritable arsenal of effects, the Blackstar Amped 2 pedalboard offers several types of pre-amplification, 100W amplification and on-board multi-effects in a single box. There are 3 types of pre-amp, modulations (Chorus/Flanger, Tremolo and Phaser), Drive (Boost, Drive and Fuzz), delay (linear, analogue and shimmer) and reverb (Room, Spring and Plate).
In addition to a three-band EQ and adjustable presence, you can also select a type of power tube (EL84, EL34, 6L6) to adapt the preamp's dynamic response. So you can enjoy the playing comfort and sound typical of the best-known tube amps!
Housed in a sturdy aluminium case with a red front panel and illuminated logo for an attractive rock effect, the Amped 2 features a MIDI connection for easy effects and amp settings. It's complemented by jack, USB and XLR outputs, featuring Blackstar's CabRig technology. This new-generation DSP speaker simulator uses a revolutionary algorithm to simulate speakers with incredible detail. Unlike IR, this technology has no latency, no phase shift and gives you greater control.
To make set-up easier, Blackstar has developed Architect software, giving you access to CabRig effects and parameter settings.
