With its DeltaQ directivity, which can be adjusted using interchangeable waveguides sold separately, the AM20/80 makes complex installations easy. It delivers a powerful signal, even in long-range configurations. But that's not all: its bi-amplifiable design and multiple vertical and horizontal coverage options allow fine-tuning of the sound, where acoustic needs vary from one stand to another. In short, it's loud, but it's good.
With the AM20/80, Bose Professional hasn't just thought about what you'll hear... but also about what you won't have to do again. The loudspeaker is EN 54-24 certified, has an extended frequency response from 55 Hz to 18 kHz, and can handle power up to 3000 W peak. Its polyurethane-coated birch plywood enclosure, combined with its triple-layer stainless steel grille, will stand up to the vagaries of the weather - even when the weather is over-zealous.
What's most striking about the AM20/80 is its ability to adapt to your technical reality. Interchangeable waveguides allow you to juggle between 60°, 80° or 100° horizontal coverage, which in practice saves you a lot of hassle when calculating the layout. And if you're working in series, you should know that by combining several DeltaQ modules, you can optimise intelligibility in areas with uncooperative geometries, without having to add tons of equipment.
