The Cayin Soul 170P is a power amplifier designed for hi-fi enthusiasts seeking authentic and versatile sound reproduction. Its pure Class A design, combined with four Tung-Sol KT170 tubes, guarantees a spacious soundstage and impressive dynamics, whilst preserving the harmonic richness characteristic of valve amplifiers. Entirely hand-assembled, it features silver-plated point-to-point wiring and bespoke transformers, ensuring remarkable stability and precision.
This amplifier offers great flexibility thanks to its triode and ultralinear modes. Triode mode favours a warm, dense sound in the midrange, ideal for lovers of vocals and acoustic instruments. Ultralinear mode, meanwhile, delivers increased power and extended bass response, perfect for dynamic listening and demanding speakers. The ability to operate in stereo or bridged mono up to 120 W means it can be adapted to any setup.
With its RCA and XLR inputs, the Cayin Soul 170P integrates easily into any hi-fi system. Its two-stage negative feedback control offers a rare degree of sonic customisation, allowing every listener to find the ideal balance between fluidity and precision.
