The Code Drumheads DNACL08 DNA Clear 8" tom skin is a single-ply 10 mil skin that produces a clear, open sound. With a good balance between attack and sustain, it is ideal for both striking and resonating.

Presentation
The Code Drumheads DNACL08 DNA Clear 8" tom skin is constructed from a single ply of 10 mil clear PET film. This design gives an open sound with a fast response under the stick.
On an 8" tom, the skin brings out the attack of the drum. The sustain remains natural and allows the tom to breathe in the mix.
This model can be used as a striking skin or a resonant skin. This versatility makes it easy to mount on different drum set configurations.
The PET film used by Code is selected for its strength and consistency. Even with regular use, the head maintains a stable tension.
The aluminium hoop with steel core helps to distribute the tension throughout the drum. Tuning remains precise and the skin is easy to put in place.
