This adapter is specially designed for Coles 4038 microphones.
These microphones have an atypical connector, XLR 4069 format, the 3 pins are not aligned like on traditional 3-pin XLR sockets. The adaptor is therefore used to connect your Coles 4038 to your preamp, but also to fix it to a microphone stand thanks to its screw thread and to protect it from vibration thanks to its proprietary system.
Available without anti-vibration system: 4071
