The D’Addario XTCH-3B XT Composite Classical Guitar Strings are a half-set of three bass strings for classical guitar. They replace the three bass strings that are subjected to the most wear and tear – the ones that lose their bite first.
The multifilament composite core is strong and durable, yet remains supple under the fingers. The round, silver-plated copper winding features the patented XT coating. This coating protects the string, maintains dynamic projection and extends its lifespan.
An anti-corrosion treatment also protects the winding against moisture from the hands and the air. These strings are fitted by tying them onto a standard tuning peg, with ‘Hard Tension’.
These strings are manufactured at the D’Addario workshops in New York, USA. They are packaged in a resealable, recyclable VCI pouch, with a Players Circle code included for registration.
