The Eltax MTR 1959 is a compact loudspeaker with a clearly assertive character, designed for demanding Hi-Fi installations or professional listening rooms. Its 3-way bass-reflex architecture, with a flared front port, makes it easy to place while ensuring controlled bass reproduction from 32 Hz.
The large 300 mm cellulose pulp driver provides a solid foundation, while the 120 mm midrange enhances the presence and legibility of vocals with naturalness. The 25 mm silk dome tweeter, powered by a neodymium magnet, refines high frequencies without aggressiveness, making for comfortable listening over long sessions.
With a sensitivity of 90 dB and a power handling capacity of 200 W RMS, the MTR 1959 expresses itself fully with amplification of between 50 and 200 W.
