The FiiO K17 Silver represents a new generation of headphone amplifiers and DACs, designed to deliver sound reproduction of remarkable precision. Its architecture is based on a dual AKM AK4499EX DAC supported by a triple quartz oscillator, ensuring smooth decoding of PCM streams up to 32-bit / 768 kHz and native DSD512.
This technical mastery results in distortion of less than 0.0005% and a signal-to-noise ratio of 124 dB, ensuring exceptional transparency and dynamics. The discrete Class AB amplifier stage delivers up to 4,000 mW into 32 ohms via a balanced output, enabling uncompromising drive for even the most demanding headphones, including those with high impedance.
The comprehensive range of connections includes USB-C, coaxial, optical and RCA, as well as advanced wireless compatibility with Bluetooth 5.1 (LDAC, aptX Adaptive), AirPlay and Roon, providing access to a vast networked music library. Designed to integrate into a hi-fi system, the K17 features variable-level RCA and XLR outputs, enabling it to function as a pre-amp.
Its modern interface combines a 3.93-inch colour touchscreen, intuitive physical controls and a 31-band equaliser, offering extensive customisation. Three gain levels ensure universal compatibility with all types of headphones.
