Elise Ecklund is an American musician best known for her videos focusing on the guitar and the ukulele. She made a name for herself on YouTube through her tutorials, covers and musical content, particularly centred on the ukulele, with an accessible approach that has helped introduce the instrument to a wide audience. She launched her channel in 2015 whilst she was still studying marketing, before going on to build a large following around her music videos.
Her content combines music, creativity and very spontaneous formats: she offers everything from covers to videos based on challenges or original composition ideas. Among her most notable content are her videos featuring dozens of songs that can be played with just a few simple chords, which have contributed to her popularity amongst ukulele beginners.
The collaboration between Elise Ecklund and Flight led to the creation of a signature ukulele in 2018, after Elise suggested to the brand that they work together on an instrument that reflected her style.
