The Flight Nomad baritone ukulele is the obvious choice for musicians seeking deep, rich and resonant tones. The first model in the Royal series to adopt this generous 510 mm scale length, it moves away from the purely traditional mahogany aesthetic to feature an elegant black binding and a resolutely modern matching cutaway.
Crafted entirely from solid mahogany, the instrument delivers a naturally warm, rounded tone with remarkable sustain, adapting with great flexibility to all genres, from mellow blues to more dynamic strumming.
Its rosewood neck and fingerboard offer a wonderfully smooth feel and excellent durability over the course of many sessions. Fitted with standard baritone tuning (D-G-B-E open), it features Flight Custom strings, custom-developed to ensure a modern, clear and balanced projection.
Every technical detail contributes to the instrument’s precision: the rosewood through-body bridge simplifies string changes whilst optimising resonance, whilst the compensated bone nut ensures impeccable intonation.
To protect the instrument from climatic variations, it comes with a dedicated humidifier and travels well-protected in its 20 mm burgundy Deluxe case.
