With its natural tones and delicately designed rosette, laser-engraved to perfection, the Flight TUC53 Mahogany boasts a understated aesthetic reminiscent of traditional ukuleles.
Its laminated mahogany top immediately imparts a warm feel, both visually and in terms of its tonal character.
It’s the sort of instrument you can picture on a terrace, gathered round a fire with friends, or simply within easy reach when a song spontaneously springs to mind.
Its Concert size offers a little more playing comfort than a soprano, with a scale length of 398 mm and 17 frets.
The arched ABS back contributes to generous projection and a lively, precise tone, whilst the ABS back, sides, neck, fingerboard and bridge are more resistant to changes in humidity than an all-wood construction.
The zero nut helps maintain low string action and good intonation, without requiring adjustments due to material movement.
The open-gear tuners make tuning easier, and the strap button improves stability whilst playing. A lightweight gig bag is included to transport this musical companion just as easily as it is to take out and play.
