The Baroni Jeval is a compact 150W RMS hybrid amp with a two-channel ECC82 tube preamp (CALM and RAGE), offering a sonic palette ranging from vintage cleans inspired by blackface amps to powerful high-gain saturation, all with the dynamics and warmth of an all-tube amp. Designed to fit any configuration, the Jeval can be used as a desktop amp, on a cabinet or integrated into a pedalboard thanks to its removable side panels, and offers practical features such as an effects loop, a line output with analogue speaker simulation, and full control via 3-band EQ, gain, volume, master and presence.

Ground/Lift switch:
Prevents ground loops when using the Line Out connected to other earthed equipment.
Cab-Sim / Direct :
JEVAL's Line Out is equipped with a speaker simulator (Cab-Sim) based on a 2×12 cabinet loaded with Celestion V30 speakers, picked up by a Shure SM56 microphone. You can deactivate this simulation by switching to Direct mode, ideal if you want to use your own plug-ins or impulse responses (IR) to simulate other types of cabinet.
Serial/Parallel effects loop:
JEVAL's fully buffered effects loop lets you choose between Serial or Parallel modes. Parallel mode is strongly recommended when using digital effects, to avoid having the entire signal converted to digital. In this mode, the original signal remains 100% analogue, with the effect simply added on top.
Note: some effects pedals already incorporate a parallel mix control and can invert the phase. In this case, using the loop in Parallel mode can lead to phase problems. It is therefore advisable to remain in Serial mode.
