The Genelec 8030C in Dark Grey finish is an active monitoring loudspeaker that has won over studios around the world with its perfect balance between compact dimensions and high-level acoustic performance.
Ideal for project studios, post-production facilities or demanding home studios, it delivers sound reproduction of remarkable neutrality and precision. Thanks to its 5-inch woofer and DCW™ waveguide-mounted metal dome tweeter, the 8030C delivers a wide, coherent sound image and excellent off-axis response.
Its MDE™ (Minimum Diffraction Enclosure) aluminium enclosure minimises resonance and diffraction, ensuring pure, uncoloured sound.
With greater SPL capability and better low-frequency extension than its smaller siblings, the 8030C allows crucial mixing decisions to be made with absolute confidence.
Acoustic compensation switches allow its response to be fine-tuned to suit the listening environment.
For even deeper bass, opt for the 8040, 8050 or add a reference 7050 subwoofer.

Buy Verified
Detail, detail.... Placements clear as ever, flat response, everything comes through in depth and height. Anything would sound good so while mixing, you can aim for perfection (a second reference is useful, they sound too good ?)
