Godin - XT SA Trans Black Flame + Housse

The Godin XT SA Trans Black Flame guitar is designed for musicians who want several instruments in one. Its electronics provide access to 3 distinct worlds: electric, acoustic and synth. This versatility makes it a particularly interesting solution for stage and studio. The translucent flame-black finish enhances the figured maple top with an elegant, modern look.

The electrics are based on a configuration comprising a Godin Custom humbucker on the neck, a single coil in the centre and a Godin Custom humbucker on the bridge. The five-position selector allows different combinations of pickups to be used. The controls include volume, tone and synth volume control. The mahogany neck and Richlite fingerboard provide a fluid, full-body feel.

For acoustic tones, the guitar uses LR Baggs bridges integrated into the floating vibrato bridge. An on-board preamp with 3-band EQ makes it easy to fine-tune your sound. Dedicated outputs allow the guitar to be used in electric, acoustic or mixed mode. This configuration allows you to send several signals depending on the needs of your installation.

A 13-pin output gives you access to compatible Roland GR synthesizers and other equipment using this format. The 647.7mm pitch, 43.688mm nut width and 22 frets all contribute to a familiar feel. The body combines a silver leaf maple centre with poplar wings to form a solid base. The gig bag supplied completes the package, making it easy to take with you wherever you go.
