The Gretsch CC2-J404-SAF Catalina Club drum kit brings you the iconic Gretsch sound in a compact, modern package. The 7-ply mahogany drums, combined with a 30° chamfer, produce a natural resonance and a perfect balance between bass and midrange.
The 20" x 14" bass drum packs an exceptional punch, while the 12" x 8" tom, 14" x 14" bass tom and 14" x 5" snare provide great versatility. The 1.6 mm steel hoops on the toms and snare, and wooden hoops on the bass drum, enhance the precision and dynamics of the playing.
Each Catalina Club drum kit is fitted with Gretsch skins made by Remo for a warm, punchy vintage sound. The chrome hardware, including low-profile brackets, L-arms and T-Wing hardware, combines comfort and strength. The 'Gas Cap' bass drum mounting plate and Mini GTS system provide stability and practicality.
The Satin Antique Fade finish underlines the kit's elegance and modernity. The Catalina Club is the result of more than 135 years of history by Gretsch, a pioneer in the manufacture of quality drums. This kit is equally suited to rehearsal, studio and stage.
