The Gretsch Drums CM2-E624S-BS immediately catches the eye with its Black Stardust finish, a glittery black that's sure to cause a stir on stage!
The 7-ply maple drums create a warm, pleasant sound base that inspires from the very first notes. The 30° chamfer allows each drum to react easily, giving a natural playing feel. The 22 "x16" bass drum provides a powerful low end thanks to its maple construction and matching hoops. The 12 "x8" tom delivers a clean attack that works well for dynamic rhythms. The 16 "x16" floor tom has a depth of sound that's ideal for heavier passages. The 14 "x6.5" snare uses the Full Range Throw Off system, making it easy to adjust tone quickly.
The GTS Suspension system lets the tom vibrate freely, giving a pleasant sustain. The simple tom stand makes installation easy and leaves plenty of space around the kit. The 2.3 mm steel hoops provide a precise bounce that helps control nuances. Gretsch skins made by Remo make it easy to get a clear, musical sound.
The chrome hardware adds a nice shiny touch around the black glitter, enhancing the visual effect. The insulated bass drum claws protect the hoops and improve stability. Telescopic feet secure the bass drum to any floor.
