The glued mahogany neck reinforces this sonic coherence by encouraging better vibration transmission. The C-shaped profile remains comfortable and accessible, while the contoured heel facilitates access to the last few fret positions. This design enhances the fluidity of playability along the entire length of the neck. The ebony fingerboard, combined with a compound radius from 12" to 16", provides precision and speed, particularly for bends and technical passages.

The Custom 157 humbuckers offer a wide, detailed response. They deliver defined clean tones, strong rhythmics and denser saturation as the gain increases. The integrated push-pull system adds an extra dimension by allowing the character of the signal to be adjusted, without complicating the overall ergonomics of the instrument.
