In this Chestnut Burst finish, the H-530 features a warm aesthetic that underlines the traditional character of this hollow-body. Its entirely hollow design plays a central role in its sonic behaviour, promoting natural resonance and a rapid response to attack. This direct interaction between the player and the instrument gives a lively feel, with a very organic reproduction of nuances.

The laminated flamed maple body maintains a good balance between clarity and projection. It provides a precise sound base, while leaving enough air for the notes to breathe. This structure is particularly suited to contexts where clear articulation and sensitive response are required, whether in soft or more sustained playing.

The Heritage Custom Shop 225 Standard P90 pickups reinforce this approach. Designed and wound in-house, they offer a direct response with good midrange presence and clear treble definition. Their behaviour highlights variations in playing, with a natural transition between clean sounds and more saturated textures, without losing clarity.

The mahogany neck has a 60s C-profile, providing a smooth, fluid grip. Combined with a rosewood fingerboard, it makes for a consistently comfortable playing experience. The whole instrument is made in the historic Parsons Street workshop, with particular attention paid to the overall coherence of the instrument and its performance in real-life situations.
