Guitar Hollow Body
The Heritage Standard II Collection H-535 Ebony has a sober, elegant finish, combined with a semi-hollow construction made in Kalamazoo. With its 225 Standard pickups and series/parallel cabling, it offers a precise, versatile response, equally suited to round tones and edgier textures.

Presentation
In this Ebony version, the H-535 features a refined design that emphasises the model's classic lines. Behind this apparent simplicity lies a semi-hollow design that favours a balance between resonance and control. The body is made from laminated flamed maple, giving a clear sound reproduction with good acoustic projection and effective sustain when the instrument is used at higher gain levels.
The Heritage Custom Shop 225 Standard Humbuckers provide a detailed, homogeneous response. Their in-house design maintains natural dynamics and good articulation throughout the spectrum. The bass remains firm, the midrange well present and the treble sufficiently defined to maintain good legibility, whether in rhythm or lead.
The electronic circuit incorporates a serial/parallel switching system accessible via the tone controls. This feature allows you to modify the behaviour of the pickups while maintaining a stable output level, providing a smooth transition between thicker tones and airier textures. This flexibility is particularly useful in configurations where several registers need to coexist.
The mahogany neck, combined with a 60s C-profile, ensures a natural, consistent grip. The whole remains true to the Parsons Street workshop's approach to manufacturing, with attention paid to the overall coherence of the instrument and its behaviour in real-life situations.
