HK Audio - Elements MK2 110 Sub A

The HK Audio Elements MK2 110 Sub A active subwoofer is part of a modular system in which the DSP processing automatically adapts its operation to the installed configuration. The detection of mid-treble units thus simplifies integration and ensures consistent sound reproduction.

The bass response can be tailored across several configurations compatible with this architecture. The 110 Sub A can therefore be complemented by the 115 Sub A from the same range or by the LINEAR 5 MK2 115 SUB A, whose dimensions allow for seamless integration. Cardioid configurations are also possible with the appropriate bass elements.

The system also features DSP outputs for additional active speakers, including models that are not network-compatible. This processing enables the management of delay lines, proximity systems, monitor returns or bass boosts with independent settings via the control platform.

Its network integration significantly expands the system’s management capabilities. Ethernet connections enable control via DSP CONTROL as well as Milan-AVB audio transmission over a single network cable, facilitating the monitoring of installations comprising multiple compatible components within the same technical environment.

Deployment options cover a wide range of scenarios thanks to the ELEMENTS MK2’s modular design. An installation can incorporate up to 3 mid-treble units and 2 subwoofers, with the configuration automatically recognised by the on-board electronics. This architecture thus makes it easier to adapt the same set of equipment to the acoustic requirements and varying dimensions of different venues, without having to deploy multiple, entirely separate systems.
