Hollyland - Base intercom Solidcom M1 Pro

At the heart of a Solidcom M1 Pro system, the base station coordinates communications between the various members of a team. It operates on the 1.9 GHz band and offers a range of up to 400 metres in line of sight, enabling it to effectively cover small and medium-sized production set-ups.

The system features particularly flexible group management. Up to three communication groups can be configured, with several predefined modes allowing the distribution of users to be quickly adapted to the needs of a production. Settings can be adjusted from the base station, as well as via the Hollyvox app or the web interface.

One of the Solidcom M1 Pro’s key strengths lies in its expandability. Several stations can be interconnected via IP or 4-wire links, enabling the creation of larger communication networks. The base station can also communicate with other Hollyland intercom systems via its 4-wire interface, facilitating its integration into an existing infrastructure.

Radio transmission uses an automatic frequency-hopping system designed to minimise the impact of interference. Combined with the 1.9 GHz band and a range of antenna options, this technology ensures stable communication in professional environments where multiple wireless devices may be operating simultaneously.

The unit also offers several power supply options, including via PoE or an NP-F battery. This flexibility is particularly useful for temporary set-ups and on-the-move productions, where access to mains power is not always guaranteed.

In terms of audio, the base unit operates over a frequency range of 150 Hz to 7 kHz, with distortion of less than 1 per cent. It features numerous interfaces enabling integration with various professional audio equipment and communication systems.
