A compact, high-power suspended subwoofer, the VRX 915S features a 15" neodymium magnet woofer, a patented Differential Drive system and a Bass Reflex enclosure. With 800W of AES power, it delivers a maximum SPL of 126dB.
Presentation
An external flush-mount switch allows selection of the +1/-1 or +2/-2 contacts to be routed to the woofer.
Equally at home in floor-stacked applications, the VRX915S features a top-mounted 20mm threaded socket that can accommodate the optional SS4-BK pole.
This height-adjustable pole can be used to mount speakers fitted with standard 36mm pole sockets.
The threaded bushing minimises buzzing and rattling and ensures that the pole is secure and straight.
The enclosure is constructed from high quality birch plywood, coated with JBL's robust DuraFlex finish and is heavily reinforced to maximise low frequency performance.
The attractive CNC-machined 16-gauge steel grille is lined on the inside with acoustically transparent foam to provide extra protection for the driver and give a very professional appearance.
The rear of the enclosure is fitted with T-nuts that can be used to secure the optional WK-4 caster kit.
