The KSD-RC remote control is an essential tool for any KSD loudspeaker user, offering exhaustive and precise control of the monitors' internal parameters from the listening position. Its versatility makes it both a tuning tool and a monitoring controller.

Configuration adjustment and acoustic matching: The KSD-RC allows easy adjustment of various parameters such as crossovers (cut-off frequency, gain, Q factor), delay and overall gain. These adjustments can be made directly from the listening position, which is crucial for adapting the speakers to the specific acoustics of the room and the listener's personal preferences. It allows fine-tuning of the equalisation (EQ1 to 6) with gain adjustment from -12dB to +12dB and Q factor from 0.1 to 20.0, as well as low and high shelf filters of +/- 6dB. Delay settings range from 0.0 to 3.1 metres.

Precise, intuitive monitoring control:
- Volume control: A rotary knob ensures precise volume adjustment to the nearest decibel, from 0 to -75 dB (monitoring volume), allowing fine adjustment of loudness.
- MUTE and DIM functions: Dedicated MUTE and DIM buttons are included, providing convenient tools for everyday studio use, such as quick interruptions or mix checks at reduced volumes.
- Direct connection and seamless integration: The KSD-RC allows speakers to be connected directly to a workstation's digital master output or other large-scale sources. This feature facilitates seamless integration and operation in complex audio configurations.
- M/S (Mid/Side) monitoring: When used with KSD A-Line, CX System and LINEMASTER loudspeaker models, the KSD-RC supports separate monitoring of MID or SIDE signals. This M/S function is particularly useful for improving the flexibility and functionality of multi-channel set-ups, offering greater control over the spatialisation and width of the sound.
