The L7 New Gen Amber Burst from Sire Larry Carlton is an electric guitar that embodies the perfect balance between tradition and modernity. Its mahogany body, lightened by a weight-relief system, is topped by a hard maple top with Amber Burst flamed finish, offering both sonic warmth and refined aesthetics.

The mahogany neck adopts a comfortable C-profile, combined with an Edgeless™ ebony fingerboard with rounded edges for fluid playability. Medium Jumbo stainless steel frets ensure exceptional durability and precise intonation, while the Graphtech Tusq XL saddle optimises vibration transmission. Pearloid Crown fingerboard markers and Lumilay side inlays add a stylish and practical visual touch.

On the electronics side, the L7 New Gen is equipped with a set of LC Vintage-2 Humbucker pickups, carefully calibrated to Larry Carlton's preferences. They offer great versatility, capable of projecting powerful chords as well as detailed melodic lines. Controls include two volumes, two tones with push/pull coil split, and a three-position selector switch for a wide range of sounds.
