Lynx Studio presents the evolution of its famous Hilo. The Hilo 2 pushes the cursor a little higher and offers AD/DA conversion of even more exceptional and irreproachable quality.
The Hilo 2 is specially designed for audio professionals, such as sound engineers and audiophiles, who are looking for incomparable audio quality.
Designed as an all-in-one device, Hilo offers first-class AD/DA conversion, integrated metering and analysis tools, multiple inputs and outputs, extremely flexible routing and advanced monitoring control.
All these features can be easily saved and recalled via the touch screen, giving you a complete solution for all your professional sound requirements.
Routing is particularly flexible: route anything, anywhere. Set independent input levels, channel modes and mute states for each output. Then define unique level offsets for each output.
Monitor: independently match the level of your selected 4x4 sources, then control globally with the master volume.
Hilo 2 provides device-wide parameter recall. Save custom scenes for different tasks and browse them with one click.
With Hilo 2, there's no need for additional computer software: change any parameter directly on the device, such as sample rate, clock source or trims.

Hilo 2 gives you access to free connected applications: Hilo Remote for iPad and desktop offers full control, monitoring and extended visual reference when using the Lynx Hilo reference AD/DA conversion system. Hilo Remote on the iPad can operate in 'wired' mode on a Hilo USB using the appropriate Apple Camera Kit or via WiFi on a Hilo USB or Hilo Thunderbolt connected to your computer using LynxRedirector, a free app available from Lynx.
