Diffusers high frequency waveguide and silk dome

Our high-frequency domes are made from natural silk to prevent wheezing, as is often the case with other monitors designed poorly assembled from metallic materials. The high frequency diffuser is completely isolated from the chassis to ensure minimum distortion and ultra-steady frequency response up to 22 kHz. It also includes an integrated waveguide, to reproduce a sound image of extraordinary dimensions.

Diffusers Kevlar bass

To ensure their long lifetime, we built 5-inch low frequency broadcasters BX5 D2 monitors from woven Kevlar. The high mechanical and thermal resistance of Kevlar makes it the preferred choice for speaker cones. Our engineers have also improved their curved conical design in order to optimize the dispersion. The contours in high quality rubber and high damping produce musical and punchy bass and ensure maximum cone excursion for outstanding reproduction accuracy. And our high-temperature voice coils reduce the thermal compression so that your monitors deliver their full potential, hour after hour.

Speaker design with rear vent

The enclosure of the BX5 D2 was designed to integrate all components and optimum performance: up rounded corners for less diffraction and better imaging. The rear vent developed specifically for these plays minimizes turbulence in the airflow to less distortion and bass response even wider.

Bi-amplified efficiency

The class bi-amplification system A / B incorporates two dedicated power amplifiers for high and low frequencies and has a more than adequate margin of safety, even at the highest levels mix. Combined with a finely tuned crossover, this design ensures that each diffuser delivers only the frequencies on which it is most effective, resulting in accuracy of the stamp and its consistency over the whole audio spectrum.
