Mac Mah - SC-1000

The Mac Mah SC-1000 is a portable floorstanding PA system designed for mobile DJs, entertainers, acoustic bands and multi-purpose venues who want a PA system that's easy to set up and transport.

The 12" subwoofer combined with the midrange and tweeter column delivers an even soundstage, capable of covering an evening in a bar, restaurant, village hall or corporate event without the need for multiple speakers. The column design limits annoying feedback to the microphones and improves voice intelligibility, which is very useful for speeches and microphone animations.

The system delivers a total of 1000 W, with bi-amplified Class D amplification for the subwoofer and top. The 4 x 4" midrange drivers and 4 x 1" neodymium domes provide 100° x 30° coverage, so the sound is consistent from the front to the back. The SC-1000 delivers up to 123dB peak, making it ideal for parties in small to medium-sized venues, band rehearsals and showcases.

The 48 kHz / 32-bit DSP provides filtering, equalisation and system protection. Integrated MIC Reverb and Feedback Kill effects make mic management easy for singers and MCs. The GT Chorus and GT Auto Wah treatments add depth to guitars, while the Music 3D, Voice Cut and Bassboost modes allow you to quickly adapt the sound colour to playlists, karaoke or video broadcast sessions.

The SC-1000 incorporates a small mixer with 2 Mic/Line combo inputs, a 6.35 mm jack input, a 3.5 mm mini-jack input and an RCA input, plus a mix output for sending the signal to another system. Each channel has its own level, complemented by a master control and a clear DSP section on the LCD screen. Stereo Bluetooth 5.2 with TWS function allows music to be sent directly from a smartphone and two systems to be linked wirelessly for wider distribution.

Protection against short-circuit, overcurrent and overheating and an integrated limiter further enhance reliability. The ABS enclosure and ventilation ensure stable operation, whether the SC-1000 is used as the main PA for a DJ set, as a back-up in a municipal hall or as a complete system for a band in a light configuration.
