The Electro-Voice EVOLVE 70 is a top-of-the-range floorstanding speaker that combines power, precision and cutting-edge technology. Designed for optimum performance in all types of use, it combines state-of-the-art acoustic design with ease of use.

The EVOLVE 70 is equipped with eight 4.7-inch neodymium drivers, providing a wide, uniform horizontal coverage of 120°, with asymmetrical vertical coverage of 25°. These locations ensure even, balanced sound distribution throughout the listening area. FIR (Finite Impulse Response) processing ensures linear frequency response and precise phase alignment, for faithful, distortion-free sound reproduction.

The 15-inch subwoofer, designed with a 3-inch voice coil and laminar flow port, delivers accurate bass down to 35 Hz. This design maximises bass power while reducing air turbulence, ensuring accurate sound output. With a maximum SPL of 133 dB, the EVOLVE 70 delivers impressive power, ideal for concerts, professional events or parties.

In terms of connectivity, the speaker features XLR/TRS, RCA and AES/EBU inputs, as well as Bluetooth for wireless stereo streaming.

EV QuickSmart Mobile, Electro-Voice's official app, lets you control and monitor up to six Bluetooth speakers simultaneously. Using the app, you can adjust EQ, gain, presets and crossover settings directly from your smartphone or tablet. The app also offers signal status and limiter indicators, notifications of disconnection or input overload, and tools for locating speakers using the built-in LEDs.

Its lightweight design, thanks to the use of high-end materials, and its EVOLVE 3-2-1 quick-mount system make the speaker easy to transport and install. The aluminium pole separates the column from the subwoofer, while the optional carrying case and trolley make it easy to move around.
