Mackie - SRT212

The Mackie SRT212 is an active loudspeaker made from a robust moulded polypropylene enclosure with a textured coating and steel grille, designed to withstand the rigours of touring while offering an elegant aesthetic.

At the heart of the speaker, a 1.4-inch compression driver and 10-inch woofer work in conjunction with a 1600W peak Class D amplifier to deliver powerful, clear sound with a bandwidth of 44Hz to 20kHz. The 90-degree x 60-degree coverage and 132dB SPL Max ensure that sound is dispersed widely and evenly throughout the room.

The advance Impulse DSP module optimises the distribution of sound over the entire dispersion area, using a precision filter and temporal alignment of the transducers to ensure accurate, balanced sound reproduction.

Multiple connectivity options, including two XLR/jack combo inputs, a stereo minijack auxiliary input, and an XLR mix-out, as well as a Bluetooth interface for wireless streaming, offer unprecedented versatility in managing audio sources.

Advanced features such as a choice of voicing modes (Flat, Live, Speech, Club and Monitor), control of the Mix Out, and an adjustable high-pass filter allow complete customisation of the sound to suit the needs of each performance.
