Martin Audio - SX218 White Marine

Martin Audio's SX218-W-MAR White Marine is a solution designed for audio installations requiring consistent outdoor performance. This marine version takes the architecture of the SX218 and adds specific adaptations to withstand exposed environments, such as beaches, seaside clubs, hotel rooftops or the decks of cruise ships.

Its two 18-inch long-excursion drivers produce deep, structured bass, with an extended response down to 35 Hz. This configuration ensures stable reproduction, even in open spaces where low-frequency dispersion is more difficult to control.

The bass-reflex design, with eight front-mounted vents, maximises efficiency while limiting airborne noise. This keeps the bass clean and homogenous, suitable for situations such as open-air events, beach bars or fixed installations in tourist areas.

The marine design ensures better resistance to humidity, salt air and climatic variations. This is essential for permanent outdoor installations, where reliability over time is a key criterion.

The SX218-W-MAR is also easy to integrate thanks to its multiple mounting points and M20 base, making it easy to combine with full-range speakers. It can also be used in a cardioid configuration for better bass control.
