The Martin & Co 0-10E Retro Jason Isbell is a compact electro-acoustic guitar in "0-14 Fret" format, built entirely from satin-finish solid mahogany and delivering a warm, precise sound. Inspired by the 1940 Martin 0-17 used by Jason Isbell, it has a vintage feel with Old Style 17 markings, a 24.9" scale and a 44.5 mm nut width, ideal for fingerpicking and clean accompaniment. Fitted with the Martin E1 pickup system, ebony bridge with Tusq saddle and nickel-plated open action, it combines retro authenticity with modern reliability, and comes with a gig bag for use on stage or in the studio.

Presentation
The Martin & Co 0-10E Retro Jason Isbell guitar tells a simple, authentic story about an instrument shaped to let music breathe. Inspired by the 1940s Martin 0-17 that Jason Isbell used to record Foxes in the Snow, this guitar packs vintage soul into a compact concert body. Its solid mahogany body offers woody warmth, with a full midrange and clear highs, while the scalloped European spruce X-bar adds surprising responsiveness under the fingers.
When played, the short 24.9″ scale and Performing Artist neck with High-Performance Taper make every note fluid, whether you're gently strumming or vibrating the strings. The East Indian rosewood fingerboard, punctuated by Old Style 17 inlays, completes the comfortable, classically elegant feel. The 'Dark Mahogany' satin finish adds to the retro charm, as if this guitar has lived through many a song.
Thanks to the Martin E1 system, you can plug the guitar in easily without losing its natural character, while the open nickel tuning machines keep the tuning reliable. Delivered with its hard case, this 0-10E Retro is ready for the stage, the studio or your private writing moments, a sincere tool designed to let your voice or your riffs express themselves without artifice.
