Yamaha - FG3 II Heritage
Yamaha's FG3 II Heritage is a "Red Label" acoustic guitar that pays homage to the famous Yamaha FG models of the 1960s with a vintage aesthetic and warm tone. It features an all-solid construction with a solid Sitka spruce top and solid mahogany back and sides for rich resonance and natural sustain. Thanks to Yamaha's A.R.E. (Acoustic Resonance Enhancement) treatment, the wood undergoes accelerated ageing, giving the guitar the sound and harmonics of an instrument that has already been played for years.
Presentation
The mahogany neck, combined with an ebony fingerboard and bridge, ensures a comfortable grip and precise response under the fingers. With a pitch of 634 mm and a nut width of 44.5 mm, it is suitable for a variety of playing styles. Chrome-plated Open Gear tuning machines guarantee reliable tuning stability.
Fitted with the Atmosfeel preamp, the FG3 II Heritage features a pickup system combining piezo, contact sensor and microphone, for a natural reproduction of amplified sound. Its black pickguard and natural finish give it a sober aesthetic. Supplied with a padded case, it is designed to accompany musicians in a variety of contexts, from acoustic playing to amplification in the studio or on stage.
