Presentation
The Jeff Tweedy 00 DB guitar from Martin & Co is the ideal companion for the songwriter seeking to rediscover the authenticity of emotion. As soon as you pick it up, its deeper body reveals a warm, calm breath, like a whisper that amplifies naturally. The choice of FSC®-certified solid mahogany for the top, back and sides lends its timbre a subtle richness: the low notes are round, the mids well centred, the highs precise but not shrill.
With its extended scale (25.4 cm), this guitar offers balanced tension and surprising clarity, perfect for making every string you touch vibrate. The knurled X-bracing enhances projection without sacrificing depth, while the Tweedy Burst finish captures the understated, thoughtful elegance of Jeff Tweedy himself. The mahogany neck, with its 'modified V' profile, invites you to play smoothly, whether you're arpeggiating delicately or strumming with intention.
The ebony fingerboard and matching bridge provide solid stability, and the open nickel-plated tuning machines ensure reliable tuning. Available with a hard case, this guitar is ready to travel, whether on stage, in the studio, or just in a quiet corner to write your next songs. By adopting this signature guitar inspired by a master songwriter, you're also adopting an instrument that enhances your inner voice.
