Presentation
The D-28 1935 Sunburst Golden Era LH from Martin & Co follows in the footsteps of the brand's historic dreadnoughts, with an approach adapted to today's expectations, this one for left-handed players. Its solid spruce top, combined with East Indian rosewood back and sides, develops a wide, articulate spectrum, with present lows and defined highs. This configuration is equally suited to chordal playing and more detailed picking.
The GE Modified Low Oval neck profile, complemented by a High-Performance Taper, facilitates movement across the entire ebony fingerboard. Mother-of-pearl inlays, open nickel tuners with butterbean buttons and an ebony bridge with a bone-compensated saddle all contribute to the instrument's tuning precision and stability.
The 1935 Sunburst satin finish highlights the lines of the dreadnought body, underlined by an imitation tortoiseshell pickguard and an aged white binding. Supplied in a moulded hard case, this left-handed acoustic guitar is easy to transport for stage, studio or home sessions, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern playing comfort.
