The D-28-LRB Standard with LR Baggs Anthem Natural from Martin & Co embodies the spirit of classic dreadnoughts, with a design that blends tradition and modernity. Its 14-fret body offers generous projection and great depth, ideal for both accompaniment and more nuanced melodic lines.
The solid Sitka spruce top adds clarity and dynamics, while the solid Oriental Indian rosewood used for the back and sides enriches the bass and adds a natural resonance. The satin-finish mahogany neck, combined with a solid ebony fingerboard, provides a fluid, balanced feel under the fingers.
The unscaled X-bracing ensures a solid structure, true to the DNA of Martin guitars, and the compensated bone nut ensures precise tuning. With 20 frets and a 25.4" scale, it's perfect for a wide range of playing styles.
