MIPRO's MA-808BCD is at the top of the brand's catalogue of portable sound systems. Its robust ABS chassis houses a hybrid amplifier (class D + class AB) combined with a two-way loudspeaker: a 10-inch woofer and a 1.5-inch tweeter. This architecture delivers 267 W RMS (up to 500 W peak) and achieves a maximum sound pressure level of 116 dB. Its bandwidth of 50 Hz to 18 kHz ensures balanced reproduction across the entire spectrum, whether of speech or music.
This version directly integrates an MP3/USB CD player with remote control and a Bluetooth receiver, enabling content to be streamed from a smartphone, tablet or computer. These options, combined with the built-in mixer, make for a flexible and versatile system. Users have an XLR/6.35mm microphone input, an RCA line input and an RCA line output, with tone control, echo effect and Voice Priority (VOP).
The MA-808BCD can be expanded with up to four optional 16-channel UHF receivers (MRM70B and MRM72B), allowing simultaneous use of several HF microphones. A Speakon output is also provided for connecting a MA-808EXP passive loudspeaker, to further extend sound coverage.
Designed for mobility, this loudspeaker is equipped with a fixed handle, a telescopic trolley-type handle and rubber wheels. An internal compartment stores the transmitters. Power is supplied by mains or via two 12 V/2.7 Ah rechargeable batteries offering 6 to 8 hours of autonomy. A 4-segment LED indicator shows the charge status, and the speaker remains usable even during recharging.
