Mipro - MI 909T

MIPRO's MI-909T is a digital stereo transmitter designed for professional in-ear monitoring systems. Housed in a robust 9.5" half-rack metal chassis, it features a clear control panel with LCD display, rotary knob and LED indicators for real-time monitoring of audio and RF status. Its design makes it easy to set up, even in demanding stage conditions.

Operating in the UHF band (470 - 639 MHz or 705 - 960 MHz depending on country), the MI-909T features automatic scanning to identify free frequencies. ACT synchronisation ensures fast, accurate pairing with compatible receivers. The device offers 16 predefined groups totalling 216 channels, plus 2,560 frequencies available for custom tuning. Transmitting power is adjustable (<10 mW or <100 mW depending on regulations).

Audio processing is based on digital modulation combined with a DSP with ±9dB 3-band equaliser. Frequency response from 20 Hz to 15 kHz and a dynamic range of 112 dBA ensure clear, faithful reproduction, free from the artefacts of analogue systems. For added security, the MI-909T incorporates a digital encryption system, enabling protected transmission to one or more receivers.

Two XLR / 6.35 mm jack combo inputs with line/mic selection and high input level (> +26 dBu) ensure compatibility with any type of console or processor. On the output side, two 6.35 mm jacks allow the signal to be looped out, and a headphone output with volume control is available on the front panel. The transmitter is also equipped with TNC connectors for external antennas and a MIPRO ACT-BUS interface for network management.
