MIPRO's MM-100 is a measurement microphone designed to combine precision and reliability. Equipped with a fixed omnidirectional electret capsule, it picks up sound uniformly in all directions, guaranteeing a faithful representation of the sound field. Its perfectly linear frequency response from 20 Hz to 20 kHz and its sensitivity of -36 dBV/Pa make it ideal for both technical measurements and the natural miking of acoustic instruments.
Its stainless steel construction makes it robust and durable, while maintaining a simple, professional look. Despite its sturdiness, the microphone remains lightweight at just 110 g, making it easy to handle or mount on a measuring stand. It can withstand sound pressure levels of up to 125 dB SPL, so it can be used without distortion in a wide range of situations, from room analysis to recording loud noises.
Operating with phantom power between 12 and 48 V, the MM-100 can be integrated directly into most studio, sound reinforcement or acoustic measurement configurations. Its 200 Ω output impedance and low power consumption of around 2 mA ensure optimum compatibility with modern interfaces and consoles.
