Presentation
The Mooer GL100 Groove Loop/Drum is the kind of pedal that lets you build an idea without stopping you in your tracks. You throw in a riff, record, and pretty soon you can be layering, structuring, trying out different directions without stopping to play. The looper and drum machine work together to keep a solid base.
With 300 minutes of recording time and 100 slots, there's plenty of space to store your loops, whether you're working, composing or preparing for a live performance. The two footswitches let you control everything by foot: recording, overdub, undo, redo, as well as navigating between loops as you play. It really changes the way you build a track in real time.
The integrated drum machine provides an immediate framework with its different styles and variations. You can set your tempo, launch a groove and build around it. The system can even adapt the patterns to your playing, making the whole thing feel more natural when you're improvising.
In terms of use, everything remains accessible. The touchscreen lets you adjust settings without getting lost, and functions like auto-record and quantize help to keep loops clean. Time stretch also lets you change the tempo without shifting the pitch, so you can adapt an idea as you go.
Stereo inputs and outputs and routing options make it easy to integrate into different setups.
